Addressed a problem where HWC would report it couldn't begin an FTP upload because an upload was already in-progress. This is now a warning and HWC will start a new upload. If Admin emails are enabled, HWC will notify via email. 2. Admin emails for decoder time-outs now report the name of the decoder that timed-out. 3. Admin emails now show problem in subject line of the email. 4. Added wind chill to statistics. 5. Updated the NOAA decoder. 6. Doubled the FTP upload timeout so as not to time out on slow connections. 7. Stats no-longer considers invalid samples - this could cause erroneous results in the stats such as when calculating total precipitation. 8. Added graphs for 24 hour cumulative precipitation and relative humidity. 9. Fixed an issue where the maximum scaling for a graph could be calculated wrong if a lot of interpolated samples are present over the displayed period. 10. Fixed an issue where HWC could crash if a decoder 'timed-out'. 11. Fixed an issue whereby when testing HWC web pages locally, the browser could be launched before the web pages were generated. 12. The web page template has changed to accomodate the new graphs. In addition the format has changed to let the browser decide how many graphs to fit horizontally. 13. Changed default imagery for location 1 from http://www.met-office.gov.uk/satpics/latest_uk_ir.jpg to http://www.met-office.gov.uk/satpics/latest_ir.jpg 14. If HWC does not receive current precipitation from the data source it calculates an approximation from the current weather conditions. This approximation has been adjusted in version 1.7 to better reflect reality as a result of analysis done over the last two years data against real precipitation data. 15. Fixed an issue whereby HWC could crash if the imagery fetch failed. 16. The background for the stats page is now set at white. 17.
